ThaiCham Indonesia, in collaboration with KSO SCISI and the Export-Import Bank of Thailand, successfully hosted the hybrid seminar, “Understanding the Import Verification and Halal Regulation for Thai Products to Enter Indonesian Market,” with the support of Unionspace x InvestinAsia.

The session featured Ms. Ratih Kumala Dewi, Technical Advisor of KSO SCISI, and Ms. Fairuz Luthfiyah Azzahrini, Halal Product Specialist of KSO SCISI, who shared insights on import verification procedures (VPTI), product classification, halal certification requirements, and the recognition of foreign halal certificates.

Through this event, ThaiCham Indonesia hopes to strengthen trade and investment ties between Indonesia and Thailand by equipping businesses with the knowledge and confidence to navigate Indonesia’s import and halal regulations more effectively.
